Jonathan joined the chair of Innovation and Entrepreneurship as a research assistant in April 2022. In his Ph.D., he works on Affective Computing as a predictor of decision-making in innovation management and idea quality in the innovation process, such as idea evaluation in crowdsourcing contests. His research is primarily quantitative but also qualitative.

 

Jonathan is a psychologist (B.Sc., M.Sc., LFU Innsbruck) and holds a Minor in Digital Science from the Digital Science Center (DiSC) at the University of Innsbruck. He works part-time as a data analyst for a Munich-based start-up in Affective Computing.
