Fees in Obergurgl, the conference centre of Innsbruck University: 

All services (from Monday evening to Friday morning including the additional fee per day for a single room and the conference fee) reach the total of  282 and  220 for students, respectively.
The total amount results from following items:
 

  • Full board in double and triple bedrooms with shower/WC plus lunch & “seminar fee” (covers costs for two coffee breaks per day including non-alcoholic drinks, cake and fruits) € 58; for students € 49.
    Additional fee per day for a single room € 10; (for students € 6).
    These prices are per person per day, and include all taxes.

  • Half board only (no lunch): € 46 per day; € 37 for students. 

  • Conference fee: € 30; for students € 20. The conference fee is to be paid in cash at the arrival in Obergurgl (participation at the presentations in Innsbruck is free).

  • Which conference you are attending (title of the conference).
  • For how long you need a room in Obergurgl.
  • Which kind of room you would like (single room with additional fee or standard double room).
  • Whether you would like to partake of lunch in the conference centre.

A shuttle bus from Innsbruck to Obergurgl will be organized on Monday, July 28th and Friday August 1st (10€ per person/ride).
