Contact information of travelers

On the recommendation of the Regional Authority for Tyrol, all members of the University of Innsbruck who return from the designated risk areas for coronavirus (currently: China, the Italian regions of Lombardy, Veneto, Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Iran) are asked to voluntarily provide contact details to the university, through which they can be reached quickly. In this way, you can be informed directly about further measures if necessary.

The data will be stored until the end of the risk situation by the coronavirus, but for a maximum of 6 months. You are entitled at any time to request information about the personal data stored. You can request the correction, deletion and suspension of individual personal data at any time. And you can also exercise your right of revocation at any time without giving reasons by sending an e-mail to webmaster@uibk.ac.at. Further information on data protection can be found here.

You can find further information and instructions for travelers from the Regional Health Authority here (PDF).

Containment of the coronavirus is only possible if everyone follows the recommendations of the WHO and the health authorities. Help to protect those people who are particularly at risk from the new epidemic!
