Equipment:

• 1000 t frame press with Walker-type module manufactured by M.Voggenreiter GmbH (Mainleus/Germany). Conditions up to 25 GPa and 2500°C can be reached. Sample volumes depend on the applied pressure, ranging from 5 mm³ for pressures up to 14 GPa to 10 mm³ for pressures up to 8 GPa.
  
  
• 500 t press with Walker-type module manufactured by M.Voggenreiter GmbH (Mainleus/Germany). Conditions up to 14 GPa can be reached.
• 1000 t press manufactured by Hymag AG (Betzdorf/Germany) with Boyd & England piston cylinder module. Conditions up to 4 GPa and 1600°C can be reached.
• 300 t press manufactured by Hymag AG (Betzdorf/Germany) with Boyd & England piston cylinder module. Conditions up to 3.5 GPa and 1600°C can be reached.
• Hydrothermal apparatus with 4 furnaces designed for pressures up to 0.3 GPa and 700°C.
