


PManalyzer Test data

1. Info-Example Data:

The data consists of the first 5 participants of a study conducted on tandem-stance:

Remarks: 
________

- Header lines and time frames are already deleted (19200x111 matrices)

- Sample Frequeny = 240Hz

- Preprocessing Nr. 2 ("02. Pre-Processing: Tandem_uso_flip!") available to delete unsymmetric markers (111 columns -> 84 columns) and mirror markers to have all trials with the right foot in front





2. Run the computation using example settings:
______________________________________________

	- Start "PrincipalMovementAnalyzer.m" (not "PrincipalMovementAnalyzer.fig"!) in MATLAB
	
	- Press "F5" or click on "Run"

	- PATH: Copy the path to the location of the example data (copy from browser) and insert in in the edit field under "PATH:"

		-> Remark 1: Make sure to delete the "..." and any spaces before and after the input in the field.

		-> Remark 2: A Problem can occur with some of the saving or Excel features when the path is too long, or the contains special characters such as ".", "*", "\", etc


	- Load available GUI-settings by clicking on "Load" (bottom right corner)

		-> The PManalyzer_settings_struct must be in the folder. If no struct available, a blank will be created (without any predefined options)

		-> 3 options will appear in the listbox	

			1. VariablesWithExcel

			2. PCAPlots

			3. PCAVideos


	- Change GUI settings:

		-> Select an option in the listbox "Change to selected"

		-> Press "Change to selected"

		-> IMPORTANT NOTE: The PATH is the only GUI-setting that is not changed 







4. Press the "Start Computation!" button:

	-> Go to Matlab quickly and follow the computational steps as they are performed.






Remarks:
________

- After manually editing the interface the user can save his new GUI-settings by
	1. Insert new name in the field underneith the "SAVE" and "Load" buttons
		-> No ".", space or special character allowed ("_" may be used to separate words)!
		-> The numbering in the Listbox happens automatically


- The results of the PManalyzer computations will be saved in a subfolder of the folder containing the data!
