Cooperation with practice: "HRM Förderkreis"


In our ongoing research projects, a wide variety of challenges and problems of human resources work in companies, nonprofit organizations and public administration regularly play a central role. We make our findings and those of our research colleagues available to an audience of practitioners interested in personnel topics in the form of practical publications and events such as the Innsbruck Personnel Dialogues. We attach particular importance to an exchange between science and practice.


Through the model of the "HRM Förderkreis", we offer HR specialists an in-depth opportunity for cooperation. With your annual research funding, you support our ongoing research work, enable a continuous exchange between us and your company and receive privileged access to current research results as well as invitations to our current events. In addition, the HRM Förderkreis strives to network selected HR experts with an interest in practice-relevant research findings with each other and with us as scientists.


The HRM Förderkreis offers the following concrete possibilities:

  • Annual free participation in the Innsbruck Staff Dialogue
  • Presentation opportunity as an employer (in the context of guest lectures in courses, website, etc.)
  • Placement of diploma/master theses
  • Placement of students, placement of job offers
  • Processing of practice-relevant questions within the framework of project seminars


Your contribution enables us, for example, to present results at scientific conferences, to invite guest researchers, to develop methodological skills and much more.
