Eva Albertini

Eva started her bachelor studies in Biology in October 2006 at the Leopold Franzens University Innsbruck and finished her studies with the Master in Molecular Cell and Developmental Biology in May 2012. She performed her master thesis at the group of Molecular and Cell Biology at the Institute for Biomedical Aging Research and started her PhD there in June 2012.
Eva works on the mitochondrial protein FAHD1 in a mouse model, in particular its function in kidney cells as well as on the autophagy-related protein rab-33a in the model organism Caenorhabditis elegans.
