Arrival of the new XRF core scanner at the Austrian Core Facility

The new COX Analytics ITRAX XRF core scanner has arrived at the University of Innsbruck. This powerful instrument is designed to collect high-resolution geochemical proxy data for measuring environmental, climatic and tectonic change and impact recorded in sedimentary archives.
