Guidelines for presentations

 
Thank you for submitting  approx. 250 oral and 150 poster presentations


Guidelines for oral presentations:

If not announced differently by the session convenors the duration of the oral presentations is 15 minutes (including 3 minutes of discussion). The conference languages are German and English. The decision as to which languages are accepted for the oral presentations is up to the respective session convenors.

Please upload your presentations directly in the respective lecture room latest in the coffee break prior to the time block of the session (USB flash drive only). A lecture room assistant will be available if you need help.

Each lecture room is equipped with a Windows workstation, including Internet connection and video projector. Bluetooth presenter to switch slides (with laser pointer) are also provided. The following software is installed on the Windows workstations:
 - Microsoft office 2013 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access)
 - QuickTime
 - Adobe Flash Player 15
 - Adobe Reader 11 de
 - 7-Zip 9.22b

 

Guidelines for poster presentations: Poster boards are suitable for A0 portrait poster format. All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board is available at the facility desk. The posters will be exchanged once during the meeting (Tuesday during the Lunch break).

Monday:  Poster session of topics: C4, C5, D4, D5, D6, E1, E2, E4, F-Bodensee, G, N
Tuesday:  Poster session of topics: A1, A2, A3, A5, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3, D1, D2, D3, H, I, K, L

The poster boards are marked with numbers. Please fix your poster on the board with the the number assigned to your contribution in the list of poster

It is strictly prohibited to take photos and/or make copies from notebooks/workstations of any scientific material without the explicit permission of the authors
