Last week the Innsbruck Summer School of Alpine Research took place in Obergurgl (Austria). 40 international early career scientists attended lectures of 20 well known experts in the field of close range sensing and selected topics of high mountain research. Furthermore data collection campaigns on landslides, vegetation, permafrost and glaciers have been conducted.
