Are you interested in strengthening your knowledge in the field of integrative risk management?

Global Risk Forum GRF Davos wants to draw your attention to an excellent one-and-a-half day training course that will be held in the mountain resort of Davos, Switzerland on 25th and 26th August 2012. The course will examine the latest research results, lessons learned from recent major disasters, and the challenges involved in disaster risk reduction. This up-to-date training course will be taught by an eminent group of risk reduction experts and will immerse participants in the complex field of integrative risk management.

The course will address essential skills for tackling the 21st century’s global challenges, such as understanding trends and developments; assessing the relationships between climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction; and finding mitigation techniques that can adequately address the threat of mega-disasters.

Cost (covers tutors’ fees, coffee/tea breaks, course materials): Euro 100.-

All participants will be presented with a GRF Davos Risk Academy certificate of attendance.
