Time span

Procedure

The course will take place in February during the holidays. It will be exclusively held in English!

Teaching Methods

All lecturers of this course have been selected on the basis of their expertise in the respective area of digital technology law and their ability and willingness to employ engaging and interactive teaching methods. In all seminars, short presentations by the lecturers will be alternated with practical exercises. Furthermore, the seminars will use the flipped-classroom approach, which means that participants will receive instructions and reading materials before the class.

The lecturers have different backgrounds, ranging from academic research to practice in law firms and business companies.
