Master program: Information Systems - Managing IT for Global Value Networks

Welcome to the Website of the Master Program "Information Systems" at the University of Innsbruck.

With the increasing complexity of decisions within a global competitive environment, information is developing more and more to a key production factor for organizations, especially in Service industries. Thus, the firms need "Knowledge workers" who are able to manage information and information technology efficiently in Global Value Networks. The goal of this Master Program is to educate such "Knowledge Workers".

All applicants who want to apply for the Master program "Information Systems" in winter term 17/18 (Start of the courses: 02.10.2017) have to be enrolled as Master student until the first course starts.
For applicants who do not have a bachelor certificate before the winter term 17/18 starts, please hand in your documents as quickly as possible. Based on these documents we check the conditions for admission in content. Please pay attention to hand in your bachelor certificate later but before the end of the admission deadlines and to comply with further conditions for admission in formal. The whole Master Program Information Systems is held in English and therefore we expect all applicants to have good command in English (equivalent to a TOEFL score of 100/250/600 (IBT/CBT/PBT) or a IELTS score of 7.0).
