Canada-Europe Exchange

We have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with several partner universities (see below) to promote the exchange of students at all levels and university staff in the subject area of quantum information processing. This is a follow-up on a Europe-Canada Transatlantic Exchange Partnership that was funded by the European Commission.

While the MoU by itself makes no provisions for exchange funding it establishes a framework und which exchange visits and terms can be arranged and the mutual recognition of credits and programs is defined. At the University of Innsbruck this exchange ties into many other activities of the Canadian Studies Centre.
