Learning Outcomes
Graduates
- know the main EU legal instruments that regulate the application and use of digital technologies,
- can critically evaluate legal instruments,
- can independently inform themselves about current developments in the field of European IT law
- have fundamental knowledge of the possible uses of Legal Tech.

Target Group
- Students of diploma, master’s or doctoral study programmes.
- Practitioners, such as lawyers, in-house legal practitioners, judges or legal practitioners in public administration.

Requirements
- Interest in the legal consequences of digitisation.
- Aiming at or pursuing a job related to the purchase or sale of IT solutions or the preparation of corresponding contracts.
- Basic knowledge of jurisprudential methodology.
An on-going or already completed study programme in law or relevant professional experience is an advantage.
