This Continuing Education Programme is aimed at people who want to combine a successful personal career with greater satisfaction in everyday working life. It imparts basic knowledge in the field of emotional and non-verbal communication and enables you to offer effective crisis communication in a leadership position.

Qualification profile


  • know the basic mechanisms and forms of interpersonal communication and interaction,
  • are able to deal with difficult emotions,
  • have acquired practical skills in conducting psychological conversations,
  • have a command of specific forms of conversation,
  • know about the functions and phenomenology of the various non-verbal modalities.

  • Completion of a study programme covering a minimum of 180 ECTS-Credits, or
  • proof of relevant competences due to professional activities, experience and achievements, e.g. completion of a secondary academic school or a secondary vocational school (AHS or BHS) and proof of several years of pertinent job experience, ideally including managerial work.
