The Unit of Applied Mechanics offers two positions for PhD students within the Doctoral Program Computational Interdisciplinary Modelling in the fields of

The FWF (Austrian Science Fund) has approved the Doctoral Program Computational Interdisciplinary Modelling at the University of Innsbruck. This Doctoral Program aims at forming a center of education for highly qualified young scientists from the Austrian and international scientific community. The program of the FWF supports centers of excellence at Austrian research institutions and helps to ensure the continuity and impact of such centers.
Prof. Sabine Schindler is the Speaker of the Doctoral Program Computational Interdisciplinary Modelling. The participating researchers
