Sabrina Rebecca Stein

Sabrina R. Stein M.A. B.A., is a doctorate student, working for the Unit for Peace and Conflict Studies and MA Program in Peace Studies at the University of Innsbruck. She is a member of the Research Centre Peace and Conflict Studies and the head of the Austrian Association for Research and Experimental Studies on Peaces and Elicitive Conflict (AA RESPECT e.V.).

In her work and research, she is dedicated to exploring the relevance death & dying has for life and the experience of peace and conflict, as well as the dynamic and understandings of grief within the context of elicitive peace and conflict work.

She is a trained and working as mentor and coach, elicitive and initiatory process facilitator, wilderness and vision quest guide (in the tradition of the School of Lost Borders). She is a trainer for international peace and conflict students in higher education on i.e., emotional intelligence, CIMIC mission training, leadership, team building, on gender and sexualities and nonviolent communication after Marshall Rosenberg.

Besides the field of Peace and Conflict Studies her educational and working background in business and economics include the fields of conventional and sustainable and social business models, organisational psychology, process, and supply chain management, as well as change management with a systemic understanding.
