Welcome, Michi! Michi is a master student at the Univer­sity of Inns­bruck and will support the cryo team as part of his master thesis. He will focus on the inte­gra­tion of optical compo­nents into our next gener­a­tion of surface ion traps. As part of his master thesis, Michi will develop and construct an exper­i­mental setup to test and qualify the manu­fac­tured photonic compo­nents.
