Important Dates:

• Presenting authors of accepted publications must register by 31 May 2025 (for both oral and poster presentations) to be included in the program.
• Register before 31 May 2025 to take advantage of the early bird discount.

Registration Terms

By registering for the conference, you agree to the following terms:

• Cancellation & Refunds: You can receive a full refund if you cancel your registration by the end of the early bird registration period (31 May 2025). After this date, participants are fully responsible for the payment.
• Payment Deadline: Participation fees are due upon registration and must be paid within 7 days of submitting your registration.
• Discounts: To claim any available discounts (e.g., student or IWA membership), you must present proof (student ID or membership number) at the registration desk.
• Payment Confirmation: Your participation is not guaranteed until the full payment of the registration fee has been received.
• Program Changes: The conference program may be subject to changes.
• Event Cancellation: If the conference is canceled by the organizer, payments will be refunded. However, the organizer will have no further liability to the registrant.
• Postponement: If the conference is postponed, your registration will remain valid for the new event date.
