Personal data processed

A. Following data is retrieved from your Home Organisation:
- your user identifier at your home organization (eduPersonPrincipalName)
- the type of your affiliation to your home organization for example staff / student etc. (
eduPersonScopedAffiliation)
- your email address (mail)

- your last name (sn)
- your first name (givenName)

B. Following data is gathered from yourself:
- you can enter additional personal data in your user profile, no additional data is required though.

Purpose of the processing of personal data

The eduPersonPrincipalName is needed to identify the user, additionally the affiliation to your home organisation is checked as a requirement to use the service. First name, last name and e-mail are needed to fill in the profile fields of the user account.

User and current connection data shall be processed in compliance with the data protection provisions in force. The data shall only be used in the scope necessary for establishing, designing or modifying the legal relationship with the user concerning service usage.

Third parties to whom personal data is disclosed

Any passing-on of the data to third parties is forbidden unless the user permits such passing-on or the provider is obligated to surrender such data on account of statutory provisions.

How to access, rectify and delete the personal data

To rectify the data released by your Home Organisation, contact your Home Organisation's IT helpdesk.

Data retention

Personal data is deleted on request of the user or if the user hasn't used the service for two years.
