Module 6: Seeds and seed dispersal

The focus here is on the different types of seed dispersal (e.g. wind, animals, water) and how dispersal is connected to form and function.
The children are asked to observe the different form / shapes of seeds (and fruits) and make hypotheses about the specific dispersal mechanism.
They then make simple models based on their hypotheses using a range of materials.
