Quality control for reports
(outputs of work packages)

After the completion of a work package, each project leader prepares a report (deliverable) as foreseen in the application form. The report shall be delivered to the lead-partner (LP) who forwards it to the steering committee (SC). There is one week time for a quality control - feed back has to be sent to the LP. If the report is accepted by all SC members, it will be disseminated and forwarded to the JTS/MA. If the report is objected, the managing committee has to decide about necessary changes.
