Project context/ content | The project was developed in four phases. The first phase started with a field trip in San Vigilio di Marebbe/S. Vigil in Ennenberg. It was a one-day visit in which students had the opportunity to meet Carlo Runggaldier (Director of the Tourism Association “San Vigilio & San Martin) and other local stakeholders. In the second phase students attended seminars on service design thinking and worked autonomously in order to develop ideas for new sustainable tourist products. In the third phase students met again for some peer-to-peer activity and to discuss together the results of their projects and present their ideas for new sustainable tourist products to the audience composed by teachers, students and local stakeholders. The fourth phase consisted in an additional final online seminar. |
