Chloé Savoie-Bernard (*1988 in Montréal) has published several books, including Des femmes savantes (short stories, Triptyque, 2016; shortlisted for the Prix littéraire des collégiens) and Sainte Chloé de l’amour (2021, L’Hexagone), texts in numerous literary magazines (e.g. MuseMedusa. Revue de littérature et d’arts modernes n° 5, 2017), and edited the anthology Corps (Triptyque, 2018).  Chloé Savoie-Bernard is co-editor of the magazine Estuaire, editor at the Québec publishing house L’Hexagone, and literary translator. In fall 2022, she will take up a position as professor of Francophone literatures at Queen's University.

On August 4, 2022, Chloé Savoie-Bernard will read from her short story collection Des femmes savantes. One of the short stories in this volume was published in German translation in the bilingual anthology Pareil, mais différent/Genauso nur anders (dtv, 2021) edited by Jennifer Dummer.
