Research Interest
- Analyses of binary and more dimensional kinase interactions in vivo
- Compartmentalized kinase signalling (PKA, RAF, MEK, GPCR)
- Involvement of post-translational modifications (phosphorylation, ubiquitination, acetylation) in redirecting second messenger involved signal transmission
- Drug discovery efforts involving oncokinases, transcription factors and GPCRs
- Generation of unique cell-based reporter platforms to analyze dynamics of protein and cancer drug interactions
