Traveling troubadour and American tunesmith Danny Santos is back for a tour in Europe and stopped over in Innsbruck with some oldies and newbies - all of them goodies. Under the rooftop of the Bierstindl-Kulturgasthaus in Innsbruck a small crowd of 23 music lovers listened to a mixture of bluegrass and country, from old to new and some of them written by Danny and his band himself or by others of the genre. The band and Danny have a very special chemistry that could be felt all through the room and showed that they are not shy in talking to the audience and joking on stage. In the break they went around and the audience had a chance to chat with all of them. They are a very routined, approachable bunch of musicians who obviously love what they do. We hope to be able to co-sponsor another concert with them some time in the future.
