Representatives of the U.S. Embassy in Vienna were in Innsbruck for a brief visit to accept passport renewal applications for adults and children and to perform notarial services. The American Citizen Services (ACS) section assists people with passport renewal, registration of Americans residing in Austria, birth reports for children of American citizens, income tax forms, voter registration, notarial services and emergency service for Americans.

    Consul: Megan Bartholomew
    Assistant: Simone Day

As part of their visit, Consul Megan Bartholomew visited Villa Blanka and gave a highly interesting talk about how an U.S. Embassy works and her work as a consul. The presentation triggered a lively discussion and some 75 students were eager to learn more about various aspects of American culture, politics, and diplomatic services.
