Submission of contributions

Oral Contribution

For submitting an oral contribution, please use the template below.

Submit your abstract within the deadline of May 5th, 2015

The abstract should be submitted as a Microsoft Word document with a filename "PresentingAuthor_oral.doc" to registration2015@hotmail.com

 

The time slot for oral presentations is 15 minutes (10 min. presentation + 5 min. discussion). The lecture hall (L.EG.220) is equipped with a projector. A computer will be provided running Power Point 2010 on Win7. CDs or USBs are welcome. All presentations have to be presented from the given computer system. During break times the presentation laptops will be available allowing you to check whether your presentation is running properly. The conference language is English, consequently the same applies for the abstract language.

 

 

Poster Presentation

Poster size is DIN A0, 841 mm x 1189 mm, portrait format


 

Oral Presentation and Poster Award

In order to encourage young scientists to contribute to this meeting, an expert jury will select the best poster and best oral presentation of young investigators.
