Melanie's main research interests are in the fields of brand management and consumer behavior. In this context the focal of her current work are social identity, consumer communities (brand communities, innovation communities ...), and social networks.

 

Methodology: qualitative and quantitative research methods
Theoretical focus: social identity, consumer communities, social networks, consumer behavior.
