  • Analyse von Naturstoffen mittels HPLC, GC und CE (alle in Kombination mit MS), sowie der Einsatz neuer Techniken (z.B. CEC, ELSD) zu diesem Zweck
  • Entwicklung und Validierung analytischer Methoden für wissenschaftliche und kommerzielle Applikationen
  • Isolierung und Charakterisierung biologisch aktiver Verbindungen aus natürlichen Quellen
  • Untersuchung sekundärer Pflanzeninhaltsstoffe auf ihre Aktivitäten in Cytochrom- und Elastase-Enzym Testsystemen

Research

  • Analysis of natural products by HPLC, GC and CE (all in combination with MS), and the utilization of novel techniques (e.g. CEC, ELSD) for that purpose
  • Development and validation of analytical methods for scientific and commercial applications
  • Isolation and characterization of biologically active compounds from natural sources
  • Screening of secondary plant metabolites in cytochrome and elastase enzyme assays
