About

I studied Business at the University of Innsbruck School of Management specialising in Information Systems and Finance. I am currenly writing my PhD thesis on the self organisation of personal workspaces. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyse the way how persons who are engaged in knowledge work situations use information resources and technologies. I am particularly interested in the variables that influence this use.

The supporting evidence for this study is collected by means of interviews. I use appreciative interviews, graphical elicitation interviews and laddering interviews in a three-stage Structured-Case inquiry process with nine participants. More about my thesis can be found here.
