Paper Submission
All selected papers will be published in the proceedings of the symposium as a volume of the Lecture Notes in Economics and Mathematical Systems serie published by Springer. Typesetting and formatting level asked by Springer are very high.
Formatting instructions have thus to be followed strictly. Papers not respecting these instructions will not be published.
Papers must be produced with LaTeX. This is a high-quality typesetting system, with features designed for the production of technical and scientific documentation. LaTeX is the de facto standard for the communication and publication of scientific documents. Since it is a high-quality typesetting system far better than any other ones, LaTeX is the tool used for publication with Springer.
Short Version
A short, anonymous version of the paper (5 pages) presenting issues addressed, conclusions and literature, must be submitted no later than Fe. 15th, 2008 in acrobat (pdf) format on this website.
Short versions of the paper must be 5 pages long. Please upload an anonymous version without any author information to guarantee a double-blind review. Authors should respect Springer typesetting guidelines (see below).
Final Paper
Final paper have to respect Springer formatting guidelines (to be found in this zip-folder) as well as the following particular rules:
- Final paper must not exceed 12 pages references and figures included.
- Final paper has to be sent in an archive file (zip or tar.gz format) including:
- a camera ready version of the paper in an Adobe Acrobat® (pdf) format file ;
- any source files used to produced the camera ready file.
- Final paper has to be produced with LaTeX.
- Authors must submit their final contribution no later than May 9th, 2008, on this website.
Papers received after the deadline or not respecting any of the formatting or submitting rules will not be published.
In order to avoid any troubles authors are encouraged to send their final paper version before May 9th, 2008 so that any formatting problems may be raised and solved before the final deadline with the help of the proceeding editors.
Typesetting using LaTeX
Detailed instructions for authors as well as all class files and style files required to produce the article in LaTeX are inluded in this zip-folder. Springer offers a LaTeX 2e document class file (svmult.cls) which greatly facilitate the work of authors. The authors instructions are available along with the complete documentation of this class. Please note also the example files to be found in the folder "templates".
