February 2010 - Call for applications announced
The University of Innsbruck announces 20 PhD positions within the Doctoral School "Computational Interdisciplinary Modelling". Furthermore, candidates for a post-doctoral research position are invited to apply for a position as visualisation and data-mining specialist. Also, a full-time position as scientific manager at the post-doc level is open.

30.11.2009 - Innsbruck DK-plus application successful
FWF approves the Doctoral School "Computational Interdisciplinary Modelling" (CIM). CIM is the first such programme at the university of Innsbruck. Not only 10 PhD positions by the FWF are funded, but also 10 additional ones are supported by the University. CIM introduces innovative teaching methods and thus provides an excellent work environment for students in the fields of natural sciences.
