Paper Submission

The online paper submission is now available. Please note that we only accept full paper submissions. Submission of papers have to be made through the online submission system. We do not accept e-mail or hardcopy submissions.

Papers can only be submitted electronically via this website and in WORD FORMAT. Other formats will not be accepted. Files must be below 1 MB since larger files cannot be uploaded! All papers will be subject to a double-blind review process. Due to this double-blind review process, please do not include a cover page with authors and correspondence addresses in your word file. This information will be retrieved from what you entered in the authors section of the submission process. Each individual may submit only one paper as presenting author. However, he or she may be co-author of other submitted papers.

DEADLINES: The deadline for the submission of papers is Sunday the 15th of February, 2009. Notification of acceptance will be given by 5th of April, 2009. After acceptance, the final version of the paper must be submitted by May 03, 2009. On the last page of the submission process, you will be asked to upload your paper as a word document.
